REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. General Overview
Classuser Dynamics operates an online platform offering digital educational content and physical school-related products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds, returns, or replacements are available and the conditions under which they apply.
By purchasing from Classuser Dynamics, you agree to this policy.
2. Digital Products (Courses & Notes)
2.1 Online Courses (Pre-Recorded, Streaming Only)
All courses are pre-recorded and accessed online via streaming.
Preview lessons are available before purchase.
Course access is granted within 1 minute to 6 hours after successful payment and confirmation by Classuser Dynamics.
Accounts are personal-use only and must not be shared.
Refund Policy for Courses
No refunds are allowed once course access has been granted, regardless of usage level.
This applies even if the course is partially or fully unused.
Delays within the stated access window (up to 6 hours) do not qualify for refunds.
2.2 Digital Notes (Softcopy / Downloadable Materials)
Notes are delivered digitally and become available within 1 minute to 6 hours after payment confirmation.
Once notes are downloaded or access is enabled, they are considered delivered.
Refund Policy for Notes
Strictly no refunds once notes are downloaded or access is provided, due to the nature of digital content.
3. Physical Products
(Stationery, Books, Bags, and Other School-Related Items)
3.1 Delivery & Completion of Delivery
A product is considered delivered when:
Received by the customer or their representative (pickup or Dar es Salaam delivery), or
Handed over to a courier and the delivery receipt is obtained and shared with the customer (outside Dar es Salaam).
3.2 Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if:
The item delivered does not match the order in terms of:
Product type
Size
Color
Any other feature specified during purchase
The item is:
Unused
In original condition
Accompanied by a valid receipt
Items that were correctly delivered as ordered are not eligible for return.
3.3 Reporting Defects or Wrong Deliveries
Customers must report issues within:
48 hours for deliveries within Dar es Salaam
120 hours for deliveries outside Dar es Salaam via courier
Reports must be submitted via email with:
Clear photos and
Video evidence
sent to: support@classuser.com
4. Replacement & Refund Process
4.1 Replacement First Policy
Replacement is the first option for eligible cases.
If a replacement is unavailable, or
If timing makes the item unusable (e.g. event-specific items such as Eid gift materials arriving after the event),
➡ A refund will be issued.
4.2 Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Processing time: 3–5 business days, starting after the returned item is received by Classuser Dynamics.
Delivery fees are refundable when the error was caused by Classuser Dynamics.
4.3 Return Shipping Costs
If the wrong item was delivered, Classuser Dynamics bears the return shipping cost.
5. Order Cancellations
5.1 Digital Products
Orders may be cancelled before processing and before access is granted.
Once access to digital content is enabled, cancellation is not allowed.
5.2 Physical Products
Orders may be cancelled before processing.
Same-day deliveries cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
6. Promotions & Bundles
Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable unless incorrectly delivered.
For bundled products, each item follows its own applicable refund or return rule.
7. Abuse & Misuse
Classuser Dynamics reserves the right to:
Deny refunds
Suspend accounts
Permanently restrict access
in cases of abuse, repeated refund claims, or account/content sharing, at its discretion.
8. Communication & Dispute Resolution
Support is available via WhatsApp and Email.
All refund and return matters must be communicated via email.
